Most importantly, I understand that life can get tough and starting therapy can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.
Let’s work together so you can build a stronger mindset with confidence.

Psychotherapy that’s evidence based and action led to focus on:

What’s on your mind

You might be constantly worrying and overthinking. Maybe you’re finding it hard to concentrate or remember things, or perhaps you can’t seem to make a decision and keep avoiding aspects of life. Your confidence and self-esteem might be low and you’re doubting yourself.

What you might be feeling

Are you feeling persistent dread, irritable, overwhelmed or even emotionally numb? You may be feeling scared, sad and powerless about what to do.

What’s going on in your body

Exhausted from sleep disruptions and feeling constantly “on edge”? You might also be suffering with chronic tension, frequent headaches and muscle pain which can all be a symptom of emotional and psychological strain.

How we tackle it all together

We’ll identify specific triggers and patterns and use CBT techniques to interrupt unhelpful thinking and rebuild clarity. At the same time, we’ll use hypnotherapy to help you regulate yourself and reduce symptoms so you stay in control. Together we’ll develop a plan with plenty of tools to build your ability to adapt, recover, and stay grounded.

How does cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy work?

By combining evidence-based cognitive and behavioural techniques with hypnosis, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy helps change unhelpful thinking patterns, emotional responses, and behaviours. Using focused attention and deep relaxation, it reinforces healthier ways of thinking and responding to everyday challenges, supporting lasting positive change.

Is cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy effective for stress and anxiety?

Yes! Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is an integrated approach that is highly effective for a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. By combining evidence-based cognitive and behavioural techniques with hypnosis, it helps people identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, reduce the physical symptoms of stress, and develop healthier coping strategies. Many people experience improvements in anxiety, worry, panic, and stress-related symptoms after a course of treatment. As with any therapy, results vary between individuals, but cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is widely used to support lasting emotional wellbeing and resilience.

How many sessions will I need to see real change?

Many clients begin to notice meaningful changes within the first few sessions. On average, treatment consists of between 6 and 10 sessions, although this depends on your individual circumstances. A minimum of six sessions is generally recommended to achieve the best outcomes. Some people benefit from shorter, more focused work, while others find longer-term support more helpful. We’ll discuss what is right for you during your free introductory call.

How do sessions work?

During our sessions, we’ll work together to identify the beliefs, habits, and reactions that may be maintaining your emotional difficulties. We’ll use hypnosis alongside practical CBT-based strategies to strengthen positive change, improve emotional regulation, and build your confidence in managing future situations.

For the best outcomes, you’ll need to commit to attending sessions regularly, be open to self-reflection and change, and be willing to actively apply the strategies you learn in your daily life.

How do I know if this type of therapy is right for me?

If you’ve been feeling persistently exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, and it’s affecting your work, relationships, or sense of self, this therapeutic approach can be highly effective in helping you overcome these challenges. The best first step is a free introductory call, where you can ask any questions and get a feel for whether we’re the right fit.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Research has shown that online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face therapy for most people. It offers greater flexibility and accessibility, making it an ideal option for those with busy schedules or limited access to in-person appointments. Sessions are held online via a secure video platform and are designed to fit around your lifestyle.
